We share property documents and case details only with the empanelled advocates, government registries, and record offices directly involved in verifying your property. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or a valid court order.

We retain case documents and reports for 6 Months only after an engagement ends, to support any follow-up queries or disputes, after which they are securely deleted unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Data security

Documents you share with us are stored using encrypted transfer and access-controlled storage. Access is limited to team members and advocates directly working on your case.

8. Your rights
